The Greek Gods and Goddesses are not perfect figures atop the Acropolis. They are energies that also live in us.
So you can learn to enjoy like Dionysos (he also liked a white wine).
You can learn to appreciate your caring Demeter, but you can also limit it, so that you don’t give yourself empty.
Hermes can help you communicate more fluently.
And your powerful, goal-oriented Artemis might be able to learn something from that help-seeking innocent Persophone (then you might not have to change your lights all the time yourself).

Procedure?
How to work
We start from the stories about the Gods and Goddesses. Of course, the island also exudes this culture, so we make contact with them. The temple of Demeter, the Portara of Apollo, the cave where Zeus grew up… They set us on our way.
We always work with the focus on talents and qualities and look for curiousness.
The emphasis is on growth, wonder and creativity. We explore with humor and fun and look with more kindness and respect that way.
We’re sure to get creative and you’ll go home with a meaningful visual anchor.
The background is integrative with a focus on Voice Dialogue and the psychology of the selves of Hal and Sidra Stone. And of course, this workshop is also inspired by the books of Jean Shinoda Bolen (Goddesses in every woman and Gods in every man).
The concrete content of the program remains a surprise, of course, but the Gods and Goddesses are the common thread. But HERE you can find more information about the general program.

- Intensive guidance by an experienced trainer/psychotherapist for more than 24 hours.
- A yoga session with a certified local yoga teacher.

You will stay in the authentic Magic Land, where manager Argyro knows how to spoil you. All rooms have a terrace, Wi-Fi, a private bathroom and basic cooking facilities. No meals are offered, but you can count on hotel service (maintenance, sheets and towels). Magic land is 100 meters from the beach and 150 meters from the I OUSÍA area - so comfortably close.

- No searching and hesitation for you. I'll take care of everything for you..
- 5 nights / 6 days stay in a private room with bathroom and kitchinette. (Possibility to extend your stay or opt for an apartment with a separate bedroom – prices on request.).
- Meet and Greet: You will be met in person at the port or the airport. We will drive by the shop for the first purchases and take the 'tourist route' so you can get an idea of the area and finally I will take you to Magic Land and show you where to find the I Ousía space..
